Hi, I'm Bernie
I am a yoga therapist and ayurvedic health coach.
I believe in a life lived in harmony with the rhythms of nature to bring us back into alignment, health and happiness. I spent a lot of my life feeling disconnected from my body, using food to avoid feeling, and energetically scattered. I applied the ancient teachings of ayurveda and yoga to heal my relationship with food and my body. This brought me back into balance and alignment with my true nature.
This informs what I share as a yoga therapist and ayurvedic health coach, supporting others to implement the small changes that can help them feel balanced, empowered, connected and uplifted.
My work is trauma sensitive and personalised to your needs.
See below for more information. I look forward to connecting with you.

No, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga is a practice that is suitable for all people, regardless of their fitness level or flexibility. There are many different types of yoga, and you can find one that is right for you.
Yoga has many benefits for both the body and the mind. Yoga can help to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. It can also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Yoga can also help to improve your sleep quality and boost your mood.
