Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda

Mindful Movement, Mindful Eating, Mindful Living

Hi, I'm Bernie

I am a yoga therapist and ayurvedic health coach.

I believe in a life lived in harmony with the rhythms of nature to bring us back into alignment, health and happiness. I spent a lot of my life feeling disconnected from my body, using food to avoid feeling, and energetically scattered. I applied the ancient teachings of ayurveda and yoga to heal my relationship with food and my body. This brought me back into balance and alignment with my true nature.

This informs what I share as a yoga therapist and ayurvedic health coach, supporting others to implement the small changes that can help them feel balanced, empowered, connected and uplifted.

My work is trauma sensitive and personalised to your needs.

See below for more information. I look forward to connecting with you.

Bernie is a genuine teacher. She cares, is considerate and teaches from the heart. She understands where others are and helps them open up to the possibility of something lighter. Her infectious nature is one that I love to be around, and always seems to make things feel better. I am so grateful for her intuitive support in my life

Bernie creates a space that enables me to see things differently, and to take responsibility for the parts of my life where I am feeling stuck. I feel understood and heard by someone who has walked the same path. I feel that I now have the confidence to keep taking the next step, and uncovering the next layer of myself.

Bernie inspires curiosity both in our physical and emotional body. Safety is at the core of my practice -

each body needs its own practice. Her classes are both subtle and rigorous. Bernie trusts that the ancient wisdom of yoga, and can lead others with grace into a powerful weave of integration allowing
mind, body and spirit to come into true alignment.
